This place is situated in a breathtaking location up in the mountains. the executive room I stayed in was top-notch - spacious and with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. the staff here is super helpful and the service is quick and smooth. 🙂

The staff were exceptional and pleasant and the location was marvellous on top of the Hill. What's more, it was near the forest right from the parking lot and the mountains and hillside of the mountain Pancir on altitude 1100 m.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with stunning panoramic views and easy access to nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary barista service for coffee at breakfast. a great choice for a memorable vacation.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, situated on a hillside of the mountain Pancir at an altitude of 1100m. It is surrounded by a dense forest, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. the rooms are fully renovated and have a modern look, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. the breakfast served at this hotel is also noteworthy as it provides a decent variety of dishes. the hotel offers great facilities including a spa and swimming pool.

There seems to be a lack of toiletries provided in the rooms.

The view of the snow-covered mountains and forests was beautiful. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and warm.

The Christmas dinner was very disappointing, and the portions were small. the advertised activities for children were not available, so our kids were bored.

I recently stayed at this contemporary hotel for a ski trip and had a fantastic experience. The location is convenient, with a cable car right outside the hotel providing easy access to local ski resorts. The panoramic views from the room window were stunning, and the hotel spa area with a swimming pool was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide variety of tasty food options. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again.

Located in a beautiful area fairly near ski slopes, this hotel provides a comfortable room with a nice view of the mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a tasty buffet breakfast available. the lobby and the rooms are nicely decorated, and there is ample parking. Guests can enjoy a spa, sauna, and a hot tub.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with the half-board option, offering a huge and varied breakfast and dinner buffet with delicious local specialties. The staff at the dining room were incredibly polite and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the modern TV with access to Youtube and Netflix, as well as the tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, and safe box in the room. The WiFi worked perfectly fine, and the hotel even had outdoor minigolf and plenty of hiking trails nearby. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
